CORE Performance Company creates a new site-specific dance for the Bayou City Art Festival
March 23-25 at Memorial Park, Houston, 1:45 p.m. each day
CORE Performance Company will return to Memorial Park and the Bayou City Art Festival to perform With Love and Disregard. In this premiere work, CORE will spontaneously appear in unexpected locations throughout the festival grounds, colorfully engaging audiences with their site-specific, whimsical antics. Performances will take place throughout the Festival grounds, initiating at the Houston Arts Alliance performance stage at 1:45 p.m. each day, and concluding at 4:00 PM. CORE’s vibrant, sensational, inventive and often spectacular performances have been a feature of the Bayou City Art Festival since 2002.
