Marketing & Communications Intern
Job Description:
The marketing & communications intern works under the supervision of the Communications Manager during a typical season of productions, in either the summer, fall or spring. Interns generally work 5-10hrs/week in a combination of virtual and in-person work, which may include time offsite and at performance venues.
Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities

Attend weekly meetings with Communications Manager

Attend weekly staff meetings and Marketing Team meetings as requested

Support ongoing marketing and communication projects

Assist with website page management & development

Assist with weekly mailings to constituents, which includes creating promotional language

Create promotional and informational graphics for marketing campaigns as requested

Create registration links for upcoming events and performances

Collect and manage event and class data as requested
Please note this list is not all-encompassing and additional tasks may be delegated in a reasonable capacity not to exceed the 10-hour commitment.
Desired Qualifications

Access to a computer and stable internet connection

Ability to commit to a hybrid model, with both virtual & in-person commitments

Enrolled in an accredited academic institution to receive academic credit

Strong communication & organizational skills

Interest in marketing and arts administration
Compensation: Academic Credit (if desired)
Reports To: Patsy Collins, Communications Manager
